A few of my favorite smoothie recipes

Here are some of my favorite smoothie recipes for you to try.
I love making my own smoothies because I know what goes in to them and I can cram in about 5-6 portions of fruit and veggies into one big drink ( think of all those lovely nutrients ) it’s packed with goodness. Just chuck it all into a blender and ta dah.
If I were to to just eat all those fruit and veggies separately, I’d be there all day just eating…not saying that’s a bad thing but I do have other stuff to do.

I have a green smoothie every day, it helps to boost my vitamin and mineral intake and keep my system alkaline and also helps with detoxing. You also need some of the other color fruits and veggies as they contain lots of different nutrients, so make sure to have a good variety. Change it up every day to benefit from all the different nutrients.
Green smoothie recipe
- 1 apple
- 1 pear
- Few grapes
- Portion of spinach
- 1 kiwi
- 2-3 sprouts
- Coconut water
- Water
- 1/2 tsp Chia seeds


Recipes
Peachy dream:
- 2 peaches
- 2 oranges
- 1 carrot
- Coconut water
- Water
- Honey to sweeten
Strawberries/berries & banana:
- Handful of strawberries/berries
- 2 bananas
- Milk ( dairy free ) if required
Just whiz the ingredients in a blender!
