Sometimes it is hard to feel grateful when you are going through tough times, but practicing gratitude will help to put things in better perspective. It will open your eyes and heart to how fortunate you are. To help you realize how lucky and blessed you still are even when things are rough.
Why don’t you write 10 things you are grateful for and really sit for a while and think about those things with love and gratitude.

Thoughts and feelings are energy, whatever energy you are thinking and feeling is the energy you are sending out.

Whatever energy you are sending out, will be the energy you attract back to yourself.

The more grateful you are for what you have the more you will attract to yourself
Like attracts like so be what you want to attract!
A grateful heart is a magnet for miracles
Do you have a roof over your head, food in your belly, clothes on your back and someone that loves you? Then you really do have lots to be thankful for.
Being grateful is helpful in relationships and friendships because it helps the other person to feel appreciated if you are expressing gratitude for them, for how they help you or what they do for you.
It also works vise versa.
If you don’t feel appreciated by your loved ones, it makes you unhappy, where as when you do, it makes you happier and more content in the relationship/friendship.
The same applies in your work and all arears of your life
